Nose: A little flowery. Nice. Fishy-fresh.
Eye: They look so nice I hate to disturb them from their little can.
Fork Feel: They just fall apart. Not much texture. I just scoop them up and eat ‘em.
Tongue: I’m wishing I had some nice, toasted sourdough to serve them on.
Mouth Feel: As with all Brislings, I do wish for more texture but I’m becoming accustomed to it. Bread or crackers, that’s what I need to add.
