Nose: A light, floral aroma – mostly the olive oil. It’s not fishy much.
Eye: Not too tightly packed. I like that because it doesn’t force the meat to be compacted.
Fork Feel: Nice, easy flesh. The uncramped canning is nice.
Tongue: The oil is understated….and so is fish taste is understated. Not much of either coming through. A bit boring.
Mouth Feel: Light on the tongue and filling….just like sardines in oil should be.
