Nose: Clean smell. Fresh.
Eye: Good looking silver skinned fish. Packed nicely.
Fork Feel: A bit soft but still nice.
Tongue: If buying sardines packed in oil, I’d skip those packed in extra virgin. I liked the…whatever non extra virgin is olive oil. It’s not a flowery and precious seeming. It holds its own against the fish. This is nice.
Mouth Feel: A bit soft like most Brisling but the oil brings some texture to it, some body that’s nice. Maybe have some crackers or bread when eating brislings.
