So my wife is a flower nut. From spring till fall there is a row of various gardening items lining our sidewalk in what I term the “to be planted” line. The Trendy Gardener will be making that line a bit longer.

I love a gardening store in an urban area. It’s new but I’ve got confidence that they will carry items that are meant less for suburban sprawl and more for urban Edens. I feel that way because they’re store is designed and laid out using every bit of space available without feeling claustrophobic.

The owner was friendly and helped us with a few things. We came during a busy time but she kept up a dialogue with the customers that were there. I learned a couple things and will be burying plenty over the next few months I’m sure.

There was a great array of various plants from flowers to veg to herbs.

It’s a great edition to Bellevue’s Avenue.
