I made these at our Halloween party and elsewhere and they are a fun little drink that always makes people smile.  Just remember – it has no Guinness.

In a shot glass (we use 1 oz because folks will want several) pour a good portion of Kalua (or Tia Maria) about 2/3′s up a shot glass.  Cover the glass with a spoon and slowly pour some Bailey’s over it.  We actually like a cream liquor made by Buffalo Trace, but it seems to be only available from the distillery.  The Bailey will float on top of the Kahlua making a good approximation of a Guinness stout – but better tasting.
